Best of 2010 | Pittsburgh Wedding Photography

While I primarily photograph pets, I have been an assisting wedding photographer for the last two years. It is an incredible experience to be part of a couple's most important day, and be surrounded by their happiness. The majority of photos in this blog post were taken on behalf of Sandy Yetter of Red Lotus Photography in 2010. Sandy is an amazing photographer who has become a truly great friend and mentor over the years. It is awesome to work for her and to learn from the best. I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for her. This is a collection of some of my favorite photos from that year. I photographed for Red Lotus Photography at Ligonier Country Inn, Longvue Country Club, Mansion at Maple Heights, St Bernard Parish, St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, and Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden. I also had the opportunity to assist Amanda Wilson at a wedding at Kennywood Park when her regular assistant was on her honeymoon. It was so much fun! 2010 was a really awesome year, and I am forever grateful for everything that I learned. It resulted in me starting my own business, and booking my first wedding in 2012. :) In future blog posts I will be sharing wedding photos from 2011, but in the meantime, if you're looking for someone to photograph your wedding day, I am currently booking a limited number of weddings in 2012.
